I searched for it when I passed by and found an introduction in Baidu Encyclopedia. There were so many people that many people left without waiting.
Vegetarian Mixed:
It was a mix of two kinds of wild vegetables, I had never eaten it before. The long ones were called Luan Ya, which had a crispy texture and were wrapped with the stamens of the Gou tree. There was also an introduction in Baidu.
The pork skin jelly was said to be homemade. Seeing that I was alone, I ordered half a portion. I was not used to it and could not stand the fishy smell of pork.
