A Xihua late-night snack wonderland! This copper pot hot pot restaurant had me guzzling three bowls of sesame sauce!

Speaking of Xihua cuisine, besides the ever-popular Xiaoyao Town Hu La Tang, my recent discovery of Sichuan Cuisine House&#39;s copper pot hot pot restaurant has truly opened up a whole new world! After enjoying the braised dishes at Xiaoyao Town&#39;s Boji Hui Mian, I came here to follow up with this spot, and was instantly captivated by the northern flavors.

Who says Henan only has braised noodles? This cloisonn&eacute; copper pot restaurant is a winner the moment it arrives! Freshly cut lamb shank is dipped in bone broth for 8 seconds, then coated in freshly ground sesame paste and fried chili oil. The aroma is so delicious it&#39;s almost soul-destroying! And let me highlight their hidden trick: add a handful of handmade noodles to the broth after the meat is cooked. Pair the noodles with pickled garlic after soaking up the broth&mdash;it&#39;s divine!
