There are several must-eat delicacies in Xichang, one of which is drunken shrimp, and the fire pot barbecue is another must-eat. Under the guidance of a friend, we came to this restaurant. We obviously came a little early, and the guests in the restaurant have not yet arrived, but it is also very good to have a fire pot to ourselves. The key to eating fire pot barbecue is the seasoning. There are two types of seasonings here, one is a wet sauce made of soy sauce and other seasonings, and the other is a dry sauce made of chili. After eating both seasonings, I personally prefer the dry one because it doesn't taste so salty, and the most important thing is that the chili taste is particularly strong.
