I ate here both nights I stayed in Xiapu. This small shop has good business, and many locals come here. The food is cheap and good, with simple stir-fried dishes and local snacks, and the food is served quickly.

We had dinner on the evening of October 29, 2016. We entered the restaurant at about 6pm. We first walked around the street and looked at several restaurants. We thought the environment of this restaurant was OK. There were still some customers. There were two restaurants without any customers, so we definitely would not go in. In terms of taste, it was generally good. Among them, Sansha Chicken Roll and Fried Minnan Paste left some impressions on me, especially Fried Minnan Paste. It was the first time I came into contact with it, and it was quite novel.

I was going to eat seafood at the seafood food stall, but there were too many people and no seats, so I saw this Sansha snack shop across the street. The shop is not big, but it is clean and tidy. The special snacks such as oyster omelette, Minnan paste, white fungus soup, fish ball soup, etc. are all delicious and delicious, leaving a lingering taste and a lingering aftertaste.

The first meal I had in Xiapu, I ordered a bowl of seafood pot edge, because I didn't know what pot edge was, it felt a bit like noodles when it was served, and the clear soup was quite fresh. The fried Minnan paste was good, crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside, and a little sweet, which suited my taste. There are many varieties of snacks here, and you can eat different local specialties for several consecutive meals.

When I first arrived in Xiapu, I was recommended by several locals to eat here. It seems to have a good reputation. It was already 8 o'clock in the evening that day, and there were still some people eating, so I ordered a pot side. The environment in the store is OK, there is a large open freezer with a lot of ingredients. The small store mainly makes various local noodles, rice noodles, and soups. The pot side came up quickly, and it felt like the Dingbianhu I ate in Fuzhou, where the flour paste was put into water and turned into noodles. But the prices here are touching, a bowl with a lot of shrimps and oysters, only ten yuan! It tastes delicious!
