"Xiao Liu Tang Bao" is the core development brand of Xi'an Xiao Liu Tang Bao Catering Co., Ltd. [1] [2]. In 1994, the first Xiao Liu Tang Bao Wenyi Road store was opened in Beilin District, Xi'an. It is a Chinese restaurant chain brand that mainly sells special soup dumplings and Shaanxi home-cooked dishes. The brand founder Zhang Anxin absorbed the characteristics of Shaanxi traditional soup dumplings and achieved the flavor of Xiao Liu Tang Bao through the research, improvement and process refinement of material standards. It has opened more than 60 stores in Xi'an, Baoji, Lanzhou and other places, with nearly 2,500 employees.

The old Xiaoliu soup dumplings and shrimp soup dumplings are a must-order every time. They are delicious and full of soup. Xiaoliu Huanggui porridge is rich in ingredients, including walnuts, peanuts, lotus seeds, almonds, etc. Drinking a bowl of it is very sweet.
