I went to Xiamen on a business trip and stayed at the Hotel Indigo. This hotel is a bit old, but its feature is that it faces Gulangyu Island. The side of the restaurant facing the sea is all floor-to-ceiling glass, with a 180-degree sea view. No matter what time period, it should be able to attract you. We went to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet started at 7 o'clock in the morning, and there were relatively more guests around 8:15. To be honest, the row of seats by the window is more suitable for afternoon tea. For breakfast, it is uncomfortable to eat with your waist bent. The variety of breakfast is not rich for a brand star hotel, but we just want to try the local snacks and delicacies in Xiamen, such as shacha noodles, peanut soup, and flatbread.

Xiamen is really a city where you can eat everywhere, so I didn’t have a full meal in the hotel. I only had breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast variety is quite rich and it is a semi-buffet style. This is a bit surprising to me. You should know that many higher Quaker hotels do not have a semi-buffet breakfast. There are local famous snacks. There was a long queue for Wuxiang yesterday... And you can tell that it tastes good by looking at it. TIPS In fact, the restaurant also has a terrace. Go up the escalator when the sun is not too strong. It is really good.

It has an old-fashioned Minnan flavor, which is better than the pancakes in some Minnan restaurants~ Definitely worth a try!
