I asked, can I eat all three together? The young man said: It's a little bit not enough, because his family only serves small plates and bowls. So I asked, except for Roujiamo, will double portions of other dishes be enough? He said about the same. 5. After all the dishes were served on the table, I was a little surprised. Although his bowls are indeed smaller than those on Huimin Street, they are definitely not the small bowls and small dishes that we southerners think of. In fact, they are of moderate size. I asked him how long a serving of oil-splashed noodles is. He gestured with his hand. It looks about 40-50 cm long. In fact, a noodle is at least 1.2 meters long. 6.
