I can't tell the location of this restaurant called Chang'an Hui, but the surrounding environment looks very comfortable, and the building it operates is more like an independent factory or a small villa, and the environment inside is very elegant. The dishes are not rough and bold like Shaanxi cuisine at all, but more gentle and elegant. The dishes still have the taste of Shaanxi cuisine, and the production level is very high, which is also an upgrade of Shaanxi cuisine. The appropriate addition of seasonal dishes such as Chinese toon and creativity makes this table of Shaanxi cuisine more lively. If you go to Xi'an to eat this category, you can give it priority.
