漫行走Not long ago, I went on a Wuzhong anti-season trip, not only tasted the authentic Ningxia cuisine, but also the silver-clad Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon, the magnificent scene is really amazing. Itinerary and transportation experience I set off from Yinchuan to Wuzhong and chose an affordable intercity bus, which only costs 8 yuan and can reach Wuzhong Wanda in about 50 minutes, which is very convenient. There are many shifts every day, but you need to pay attention to the possibility of suspension when the weather is bad. It is recommended to check the official notice before traveling. If you choose a train, the price will be slightly higher. In Wuzhong City, taxis are a more convenient way to travel, and the price is not expensive. I tried waiting for the bus, but I felt that there were fewer shifts and the waiting time was longer. You can take the 29 bus to the Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon Scenic Area, but when you encounter special weather such as snow days, the bus may be out of service. It is recommended to call in advance to consult the operation. I took a taxi from Wanda to the scenic spot, and the cost was about 40-50 yuan. The winter wonders of Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon Tourist Area is located in the core area of the world's irrigation engineering cultural heritage. It is the last canyon in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, bringing together many landscapes such as canyons, wetlands, towers, ancient canals and so on. The day before I arrived at the scenic spot, it happened to be snowing, the entire canyon was wrapped in silver, the mountains on both sides were reflected with snow, and the water of the Yellow River was flowing from the canyon, forming a magnificent picture of winter. There were few tourists in the scenic area that day, almost only the two of us, but this quiet atmosphere made us more immersive to feel the magic of nature. The scenic spots in the scenic area are very rich, distributed among the bronze ancient town, the Yellow River Iron Bridge, the dam of the river, 108 towers, the ancient ferry of Qin king, the statue of the god of Daqi. Especially 108 towers, it is a key cultural relics protection unit in the country, sitting west and east, backing the mountains and water, this number is based on 36 days of comets, 72 places of comet, two numbers add up to 108, is to eliminate troubles and build auspicious tower. I most recommend the B-line cruise experience, take a cruise on the Yellow River to enjoy Shili Changxia, the canyon observation deck, Tianshu Pavilion, crocodile stone, group shrimp wall, Sandaogou, sinking spring, bronze Gorge stone carving, sleeping Foshan and other landscapes have a panoramic view. The scenery near the Daqi Cultural Park is the most beautiful. It is legendary that when Daqi treats the water, he splits the tall stone mountains with a bronze axe, and the bizarre peaks on both sides of the Straits face off. The Yellow River is a thousand miles away, forming a magnificent spectacle of the ten-li Changxia. Wuzhong Food Experience Documentary Wuzhong is known as "Morning Tea Culture Landmark City" and "Chinese National Food Culture Landmark City". My food trip also starts here. Du Yousu sheep shredded is a must-check-in net red shop. The art gallery-style decoration of this store is impressive, and the craftsmanship of four generations of sheep shreds has been included in the autonomous region-level intangible cultural heritage. We ordered sheep shreds, beef noodle soup, noodles and cakes, which cost more than 80 yuan in total, and the taste and photo effects are excellent. Morning tea culture is a major feature of Wu Zhong. I chose the clove Xiangxiang morning tea shop near my residence. At about 11 am, the store was almost full. Wuzhong morning tea has formed eight treasure tea, beef noodles, sheep shredded three basic varieties and pasta, side dishes, beef, streaming food, tea drink five series more than 200 main varieties. We tasted two cold dishes, fried dumplings, cakes and glutinous rice balls. We especially recommend the eight treasure tea that can be taken away. The price of 12 yuan is very cost-effective. A morning tea costs a total of 90 yuan. In terms of barbecue experience, due to the inconvenience of traveling on snowy days, we chose Sanlitun barbecue. His crater roast lamb chops are tender in the outside and inside, and you can taste a variety of exquisite dishes by ordering a set meal of more than 100 yuan. Wu Zhong's hand-caught lamb is also very distinctive. Wu Zhong lamb represented by Yanchitan sheep is fine, fishy and fat distributed evenly. Practical tips summarizing the ticket price of the scenic spot, there are many packages to choose from in Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon. The adult price of the Yellow River rafting package on Line B is 258 yuan, and the adult price of the boat tour canyon package is 185 yuan; the adult price of the A-line exploration ancient tower package is 115 yuan. Tickets can be purchased online, and it is more cost-effective to use the platform subsidy coupon. Wu Zhong's own morning tea culture has a unique sense of ritual. The local morning tea is mostly enjoyed in the ramen restaurant, including eight treasure tea, a table of noodles and side dishes, plus a beef, and finally ended with a bowl of beef noodles. Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon is a national AAAA-level scenic spot. In recent years, it has been upgraded to a national 5A-level tourist scenic spot. There are convenience facilities such as bathrooms and parking lots in the scenic area. The advantage of anti-season tourism is that it can avoid the peak of the flow of people and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the scenic spot, especially the Yellow River Grand Canyon after the snow. This Wuzhong anti-season trip made me deeply understand the real meaning of "swim in Ningxia and eat in Wuzhong". Whether it is the natural wonders of the Yellow River Grand Canyon in Qingtongxia or Wuzhong's rich and varied food culture, it is worth your visit. If you also want to experience a different winter trip, Wuzhong is definitely a choice that will not disappoint you!
Not long ago, I took an off-season trip to Wuzhong. I not only sampled authentic Ningxia cuisine but also encountered the snow-covered Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon – the magnificent scenery was truly breathtaking. Itinerary and Transportation Experience I traveled from Yinchuan to Wuzhong by intercity bus, which was very economical, costing only 8 yuan and taking about 50 minutes to reach the vicinity of Wuzhong Wanda Plaza. There are multiple buses daily, but be aware that services may be suspended in bad weather; it's recommended to check official announcements before your trip. Taking the train will be slightly more expensive. Within Wuzhong city, taking a taxi is the most convenient and affordable option. I tried waiting for the bus, but the frequency was low and the wait time was long. To get to the Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon scenic area, you can take bus route 29, but it may be suspended in snowy or other inclement weather; it's advisable to call ahead to check the schedule. A taxi from near Wanda Plaza to the scenic area cost approximately 40-50 yuan. The Winter Spectacle of the Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon Located in the core area of a World Irrigation Engineering Heritage site, the Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon Tourist Area is the last canyon on the upper reaches of the Yellow River, encompassing numerous scenic spots including canyons, wetlands, pagoda clusters, and ancient canals. The day before I arrived at the scenic area, it had snowed heavily, and the entire canyon was covered in a blanket of white. The snow-capped mountains on both sides reflected each other beautifully, and the mighty Yellow River meandered through the canyon, creating a magnificent winter landscape. There were very few tourists that day; we were practically the only two people there. This tranquil atmosphere allowed us to immerse ourselves more fully in appreciating the wonders of nature. The scenic area boasts a wealth of attractions, including the Ancient Town of Qingtongxia, the Yellow River Iron Bridge, the dam, the 108 Pagodas, the Qin King's Ancient Ferry, and the statue of Yu the Great. The 108 Pagodas, in particular, are a national key cultural relic protection unit. Facing east and backed by mountains, overlooking the water, the number 108 is derived from the 36 Heavenly Stars and 72 Earthly Fiends, representing good fortune and the elimination of worries. My top recommendation is the B-line boat tour. A boat trip on the Yellow River offers stunning views of the ten-mile-long gorge, including Guanyin Terrace, Heavenly Book Pavilion, Crocodile Rock, Shrimp Wall, Three Gully Valley, Washing Heart Spring, Qingtongxia Stone Carvings, Sleeping Buddha Mountain, and many other scenic spots. The scenery near the Dayu Cultural Park is particularly beautiful. Legend has it that when Yu the Great was controlling the floods, he used a bronze axe to split the towering stone mountains, creating the magnificent ten-mile-long gorge with its towering peaks on both sides and the Yellow River flowing swiftly. Wuzhong Food Experience Report Wuzhong is known as a "landmark city of morning tea culture" and a "landmark city of Chinese ethnic food culture," and my culinary journey began here. Du Yousu Lamb Offal Soup is a must-try popular restaurant. The art gallery-style decor is eye-catching, and the lamb offal soup making technique, passed down for four generations, has been listed as an autonomous region-level intangible cultural heritage. We ordered lamb offal soup, beef noodle soup, noodles, and flatbread, spending a total of over 80 yuan. The taste and photos were both excellent. Morning tea culture is a major feature of Wuzhong. I chose Dingxiangxiang Morning Tea Shop near my accommodation. Around 11:00 AM, the shop was almost full. Wuzhong morning tea has developed into three basic varieties: Eight Treasure Tea, Beef Noodles, and Lamb Offal Soup, along with five major series and over 200 main varieties: pastries, side dishes, beef dishes, liquid foods, and tea drinks. We tried two cold dishes, fried dumplings, pancakes, and glutinous rice balls. I especially recommend the Eight Treasure Tea, which can be taken away; at 12 yuan, it's great value. The total cost for our morning tea was 90 yuan. For the barbecue experience, due to the inconvenience of traveling in the snow, we chose Sanlitun Barbecue. Their tandoor-roasted lamb chops were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. A set meal for around 100 yuan allowed us to enjoy a variety of exquisite dishes. Wuzhong's hand-pulled lamb is also very distinctive. Represented by Yanchi Tan sheep, Wuzhong lamb is tender, without any gamey smell, and has evenly distributed fat. The adult price for the Yellow River rafting package (Route B) is 258 yuan, and the canyon boat tour package is 185 yuan; the adult price for the ancient pagoda exploration package (Route A) is 115 yuan. Whether it's the natural wonders of the Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon or Wuzhong's rich and diverse culinary culture, both are worth a special trip. If you're looking for a unique winter trip, Wuzhong is definitely a choice that won't disappoint!
I was just randomly looking for a barbecue place with friends, not planning on ordering much, but we were immediately captivated by the naan pit-grilled lamb chops! The lamb chops were crispy and fragrant on the outside, juicy inside, and not at all dry. Every bite was so satisfying 😀… Honestly, the environment was quite cozy 😌, with spacious seating and a warm, slightly yellow lighting. It was a comfortable place to sit and eat meat 😀. It was a little smoky, but that's understandable with barbecue. The staff was quite welcoming. Seeing it was our first time, they even mentioned their signature large lamb head with skin. I'd love to try that next time, haha 😃. The prices seemed reasonable, and the portions were generous. We ordered three or four items and didn't feel overwhelmed. Overall, the experience was much better than I expected 🤣! #WuzhongSanlitunBBQSunshinePride

In this noisy city, I found solace in the barbecue shop in Sanlitun😌. The fire was blazing, and the meat slices were dancing on the grill (≧w≦); Here is a poetic space where passion and tranquility are intertwined (•̀ᴗ•́)و̑̑😎, and a picture of romantic lights and the communal atmosphere of the world slowly unfolds [silly smile]. When the peak comes, you can still find your own warmth in the crowd😀. #吴忠三立屯烤阳光娇子店
