This time I came to Mount Wutai for a trip. For me who lives in a hotel, I prefer to eat in the hotel. I ate Shanxi specialties in the hotel. As a southerner, I think the taste is good.

I recommend roasted lamb legs. The lamb is good, without the smell of sheep. It is fresh, tender and melts in the mouth. The beef is ruddy in color, tender, evenly hard and soft, fat but not greasy, lean but not dry, fragrant and mellow, soft and delicious, with a long aftertaste. The scallion-roasted moss mushroom is thickened with scallion white and Tai mushroom broth. The scallion flavor is strong, and the moss mushroom is fresh and delicious. The scallion is fragrant and tasty. There is also a dish similar to oat noodles, but I don&rsquo;t know the specific name. The dough is wrapped with green vegetable foam. This should be considered a staple food. The hotel environment is clean and the service is thoughtful. While eating, you can also see the hotel chef perform the ramen skills on the spot.
