My friend secretly filmed me and asked me, "Is the cost per person at this table at least four figures?" It was hilarious, but it was only over three hundred. We've already made plans to come back next week. The ambiance is as upscale as an art museum. Even my dinners and dates are praised to the nines. Eight-year-old Reservoir Giant Soft-shelled Turtles with Fresh Peppercorns Each turtle is truly remarkable! The meat is firm and flavorful, and the spicy peppercorns permeate the gelatinous skirt. Lugang Boiled Shandong Small Squids The squids are so crispy and tender they dance in your mouth. The spicy broth soaks right in, making them incredibly fresh. Even the cauliflower and crispy loofah inside are delicious.

The pepper-spicy preserved egg, with its unique aroma of peppers, complements the preserved egg for a rich and flavorful taste. The fish-flavored shredded pork with fish is even more unique. The fish is succulent and the fish sauce is rich, making it a perfect match for rice! The preserved bamboo shoots, with their salty flavor and sweetness, are simply amazing!
