It's a 490-meter walk from Exit B1 of Zhongshan Park Station on Metro Line 2, making transportation super convenient 🚇 The warm atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. Every signature dish we ordered was amazing 👏. Chucai's braised pork boasts a bright red color and is rich but not greasy. Even my elders, who usually avoid fatty meat, raved about it. 😋 The fries and beef are a hit with everyone, young and old. The fries are crispy, and the beef becomes more fragrant with every chew. Children and adults alike can't stop eating. Chucai Maoxuewang (Chinese bloody pork belly) is a delight for spicy food lovers, with its spicy, fresh, and fragrant flavor. 🌶️ The large fried dough sticks served with soy milk and ice cream are a creative creation and became a favorite among the children the moment they arrived. The sweetness of the soy milk, the coolness of the ice cream, and the crispy fried dough sticks create a rich and wonderful taste. Overall, the menu here is rich and diverse, perfect for family gatherings or gatherings with friends. After being scare by Xibei's pre-made dishes, I've become skeptical of mall restaurants. 🤯 It wasn't until I found this Chucai at the AEON Jinyintan that I realized how delicious freshly cooked food can be! The owner boasts, "No pre-cooking!" The sizzling aroma from the kitchen doesn't fool you! ‼ ️ It's not that dead, overheated flavor; every bite is filled with the fresh, smoky aroma of home cooking, giving you a complete sense of security. Just copy the must-try list and order without hesitation. 👇 Choosing between two signature dishes is so frustrating! ✅ Braised Prawns with Broad Beans and Rice: Spring broad beans are pink and sweet, soaking up the fresh shrimp juices. The prawns are enormous, so chewy and tender that I even want to dunk the broth into the rice! 🍚 ✅ Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Chili Peppers: The chili flavor is so fragrant it's mouth-watering, not at all pungent. The pork belly is a perfect balance of fat and lean, stir-fried to a vibrant aroma. I could eat three bowls with rice! A must-try! ✅ Old Hankou Lotus Root Soup: Made with Caidian nine-hole lotus roots, it's simmered for hours. After all, it's a popular spot with locals, and the food is guaranteed to be irresistible! First, let's talk about the Chucai Osmanthus Braised Pork. The sweet aroma captivated me the moment it arrived. The meat was braised to perfection, falling apart with a flick of a chopstick. The skin was smothered in a sauce rich with the fragrance of osmanthus, and it wasn't greasy at all. Even the tofu underneath, soaked in the broth, was incredibly flavorful. I always have to grab it! I also recommend the Spicy Crab with Hot Dry Noodles. This combination is absolutely amazing! The crab is large and juicy, and the sauce is spicy yet savory. The best part is mixing it with the hot dry noodles. The noodles are coated in the crab broth and spicy sauce, making each bite incredibly chewy and a perfect way to enjoy the noodles! Don't miss the Luotian Chestnut Roast Chicken, either! The chicken is incredibly tender, bursting with flavor.
