Sour soup beef hotpot is Wenshan's signature dish, and I come here for its reputation. I can't understand what the boss lady says, but she is very capable. She basically handles all the service work by herself. It uses a double pot configuration that is more common in Southeast Asia, with the upper pot being cooked and the lower pot being grilled. But I have to say that grilling is nothing, and sour soup is really a godsend.
