This store has a long history, dating back to 1926.
The ancestor of the Ye family, Ye Shuchun, came to Wenshan from Liushuwan, Nanjing. In order to make a living, he used stone mills to grind rice slurry, steam and roll rice noodles, and made rice noodles. He sold them in Laobeiqiao, Qihekan, and Lin&#39;an Slope District.
