Weinan~Escape from Xi'an——Two-day food guide for Weinan|||Weinan has been popular recently🔥 by Wulala The roads are full of out-of-town cars and tourists on weekends I took advantage of the weekend to drive back to Weinan I will share with you a few hidden treasure shops✨ 1️⃣Lao Lin's Xiagui Heluo 📍Address: Opposite the south gate of Baifu Mall, East Section of Shengli Street I strongly recommend the cold heluo, which is refreshing and chewy. Their roujiamo is also a must-try. The steamed bun is freshly baked and has a wheat aroma. 2️⃣Recalling Nantang Laowang Shrimp Tail 📍In the fourth group of Lijiabao Village, Weihua Road, Zhannan Street (next to Lijiabao Kindergarten) Their spicy shrimp tails are sweet and spicy, fried well, and a great tool for drinking. I personally like it very much. After eating, you can ask the waiter to bring in the stewed pancakes. My friend said that the stewed pancakes are better than the shrimp tails. The barbecue is not bad either. The only disadvantage is that you have to queue up every time you come... 3️⃣ Lao Zhu Shichen Baozi 📍Xier Road Food Street This is a store I often went to when I was in school. Next door is Lijia Baozi, which Wu Lala went to. The Shichen Baozi in Weinan is similar and delicious. I recommend beef buns, eggplant buns, and soft tofu buns. They are really different from other places! 4️⃣ Yingying Water Basin Lamb 📍 1st floor, Tsinghua Garden Community, North Section of Xiyue Road They have several branches. I went to the West 1st Road branch. Try to go there in the morning. The earlier you go, the fresher the soup is. You can choose fat, lean or pure lean. I don’t usually eat lamb, but I finished it. There is no smell at all, only a light green pepper flavor and fragrance. I strongly recommend everyone to try it. ✨ One water basin comes with two cakes. You can put it in the bun or soak it in it. It depends on personal preference. However, the water basin stores here are basically closed at one or two o'clock in the afternoon. Everyone arranges their time reasonably. 5️⃣ Weinan Old Street After dinner in the evening, I walked along the river to the old street. I don’t know if it was too late or for some other reason. The old street no longer has the prosperous scene of the past. I took a picture and went back to the hotel. 6️⃣7️⃣Catholic Church This should be newly built. I remember that it didn't exist when I was in school. I went there on Sunday. There was a church service inside⛪️. I took two photos from outside. It was very photogenic! 8️⃣9️⃣Jingwei Fenming Observation Deck On the way back to Xi'an, I passed by the Jingwei Fenming Observation Deck. Standing on the observation deck, you can see the Wei River on the left and the Jing River on the right. The Jing River in the west merges into the Wei River here. It may be because of the season, it doesn't look very clear, or it may be because the greening has been done in recent years and the water of the Wei River has become clearer. #Local only food #Local special snacks

There is a very famous shrimp tail shop in Weinan. It has been open for many years. Basically, I drive 50 or 60 kilometers from Xi'an to eat there. It opened for the first time after the Chinese New Year. I ate three large plates in one go. I first tasted sweet and sour shrimp tails more than ten years ago, and then I fell in love with it. I go there many times every summer. I have to queue up every time. Sometimes I have to queue up for an hour or two, and then my boss will tell me that the shrimps are sold out. It's really frustrating, so I have to go when it opens at 4:30 today to grab the first plate of shrimp.
