There is a very famous shrimp tail shop in Weinan. It has been open for many years. Basically, I drive 50 or 60 kilometers from Xi'an to eat there. It opened for the first time after the Chinese New Year. I ate three large plates in one go. I first tasted sweet and sour shrimp tails more than ten years ago, and then I fell in love with it. I go there many times every summer. I have to queue up every time. Sometimes I have to queue up for an hour or two, and then my boss will tell me that the shrimps are sold out. It's really frustrating, so I have to go when it opens at 4:30 today to grab the first plate of shrimp.
