Weihai! I ate in three whole districts! I'm really sharing all the restaurants I ate at during my Weihai trip! Here are my personal impressions: 🟠Huancui District 🔜Shanhou Seaweed Buns: A representative Weihai breakfast! The key is the thin skin and generous filling, with seaweed mixed with diced meat and vermicelli – so fresh and delicious! Pair it with a bowl of milky white tofu soup! Very warming! A great breakfast option! 🔜Hutongli Oden Tavern: Hidden in an alley on Xinwei Road! A comforting little Japanese-style restaurant. Radish and fish roe dumplings are good choices! The soup base is also very flavorful! Perfect for a winter evening! We even had a blueberry wine at 8 pm, which was nice! 🔜Chocolate Fisherman's Restaurant: Located near Hanlefang Night Market! Their steamed seafood hot pot and sea cucumber rice are signature dishes. Both are good! The sea cucumber rice is wrapped with crispy sea cucumber, very appetizing. It's authentic and flavorful; you add your own salt and pepper. The meat comes with a dipping sauce, making it incredibly delicious. The signature cold noodles and beef bibimbap are also good! ✅ Hazouma (Korean Izakaya) A very atmospheric izakaya. I recommend the fried pork cutlet, fried shrimp, and beef patties—tender, juicy, and with a satisfying texture!
