This pilaf is really my favorite as a native of Urumqi. Whether it is friends from the mainland who come to Urumqi or I eat at home, I will come to eat here [Like R] Their pilaf is made and sold every day. The rice grains are distinct and moist without being greasy. The carrots in it are sweet and delicious! Unique to Xinjiang! There are many kinds of lamb leg pilaf, original pilaf, and minced meat pilaf. Their lamb is really delicious. There is no smell at all! Soft and tasty [Like R] The barbecue is really good! The original flavor is delicious😋Not too dry. The rack meat is soft and rotten. There is also yogurt rice dumplings. Sisters who come to Xinjiang for the first time should try it. I came here after hearing the introduction. The store owner was very patient in introducing it! In short, I am very happy! Very satisfied!

The houses in Hemu Village are all made of wood, with pointed roofs, which should be to prevent them from collapsing under the heavy snow in winter, when the temperature can drop to more than 40 degrees below zero. The village has become commercialized, with accommodation, restaurants and bars. There is a river to the east of the village, with clear and fast water. The river is lined with birch forests. Passing through the birch forest is a walking path. Climbing up the steps to the top of the slope, you can overlook the entire village, with green all around.

Later, his fat son took over the store, and his attitude was the same as his father&#39;s. Later, it was the current state. The fat son should have opened another store, but their waiters&#39; service attitude is the same as always. This should be a legacy, which can be compared with Haidilao!

Overall, it is quite good
No.1 Bridge should be considered a relatively old self-service hotpot in Urumqi. I went there several years ago. This time I went there recently and it felt much better than before. Advantages:
1 There are many kinds of seafood, scallops, mussels, shrimps are all big and fresh. Easily realize the freedom of eating shrimp. I read some reviews saying that there are live hairy crabs (smaller in size) in season. We didn&rsquo;t see them when we went there in season, but there were crayfish.
2 There are hot dishes such as spicy lamb trotters, braised lamb legs, and braised prawns, which taste pretty good.
3. There are a lot of drinks, many of which are relatively expensive, such as NFC juice, Starbucks coffee in glass bottles, 1664, Hoegaarden and Corona beer.
4. When I went there, there were also bayberries and cherries. The bayberries were very big and sweet, and they were super delicious. (I guess there are no bayberries now)
​5. Single person single pot, can be grilled or shabu-shabu. Many marinated meats are better grilled than shabu-shabu.

7. I went there at noon, the service was good, and the bone plates were collected very frequently. There was also a cart to deliver the freshly grilled skewers.

The hot pot base is a seasoning bag. I want the spicy flavor. I personally feel that the taste is quite satisfactory, not as good as the Sichuan hot pot.
As a sesame sauce lover, I feel that sesame sauce and sesame oil are average.
Overall, it is still worth it. I will go there again.
