乌镇西栅的美食很多，既有各种特色小吃萝卜丝饼、馄炖、小锅面等，也有色香味俱全的精致私房菜。望津里酒店下属的老运河餐厅，既有室内景观位，也有室外用餐区，住在这里，图方便就在这个餐厅吃了一顿，味道惊艳，超出预期很多。樱桃鹅肝，精致的摆盘，浓郁的鹅肝味，真的特别好吃；养生赤肉炖土鸡，盛在茶壶里的鸡汤，可以把汤倒在茶碗里喝，特别鲜美；清炒河虾仁，没有其他配料，纯粹的虾仁，完美还原食材本来的味道；文火小牛肉，牛肉怎么可以烧的那么好吃，软烂适中，入口即化，还特别入味，好吃到停不下来。

The Old Canal Restaurant, part of the Wangjinli Hotel, offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Staying here, I decided to have a meal there for convenience, and the food was truly amazing, exceeding my expectations.

The cherry foie gras, beautifully presented and rich in foie gras flavor, was truly delicious.

The healthy red meat stewed free-range chicken, served in a teapot with a broth that can be poured into a tea bowl, was incredibly delicious.

The stir-fried river shrimp, pure shrimp without any other ingredients, perfectly captures the original flavor.

The slow-cooked veal&mdash;how could beef ever be so delicious? It was perfectly tender, melt-in-your-mouth, and incredibly flavorful. I couldn&#39;t stop eating it.

A little disappointed with the afternoon tea set salad, which was a bit sour. The burgers and pizzas in the dinner set of 288 were very good. The afternoon tea set was 188, mainly a dessert platter, two glasses of sparkling drinks, and a vegetable salad. Jinyan Zhejiang Cuisine is located in Jintang Pavilion on Xizha Street in Wuzhen. The environment here is quite good and stylish. Outside is Xizha Street, and inside is quite quiet. There is a garden view outside the window on one side. The tableware is quite nice and feels very comfortable. The dishes are quite exquisite. Whether you choose them yourself or from the menu, they are all good, taste good, and the presentation is also quite good, which is quite appetizing.

Finally, we took a long-distance bus and arrived at the Xizha Scenic Area in Wuzhen. It was past lunchtime. The restaurants in Wuzhen usually close at 1:30 p.m. Only Yusheng Restaurant was open. It was great! We were already starving. A family of three ordered three dishes: organic cauliflower with bacon, stir-fried prawns with green onions, and braised beef with soy sauce. Located near the Xizha Scenic Area on Huanhe West Road in Wuzhen, Hengsheng Restaurant has a good online ranking and its dishes are indeed delicious. The Wuzhen specialty dishes in this restaurant are very authentic, with fresh and delicious ingredients, especially the braised lamb and steamed white water fish, which are really delicious.
