茅老太臭豆腐

Mao Laotai's stinky tofu is well-known in Wuzhen, and many tourists come here to eat. There are only two kinds of food in the store, stinky tofu and crispy stinky tofu, with hot sauce and sweet sauce to choose from, and stinky tofu can be mixed. The food in this store can only be eaten in the restaurant. There is really nothing special about the tofu itself. The taste is just like the taste of a roadside stall, but the environment is good. Looking at the small bridges and flowing water outside the window, the feeling of eating is different!

In the Xizha scenic area, the location is very good, and there are many people coming and going. I passed by and felt that it smelled so good, so I bought one. Unfortunately, I didn't remember to take a photo after eating it. It is different from the stinky tofu we have eaten before. It is wrapped in a layer of tofu skin.

Mao Laotai Stinky Tofu Shop seems to be the only stinky tofu shop in Wuzhen West Station, not far from the entrance. There are few stinky tofu shops in Wuzhen West Station, so this shop has many customers. The taste is average.

Wuzhen has very distinctive snacks. It is a small shop on the street. The tofu smells very bad but tastes very delicious. It is fried until a golden brown color and served with hot chili sauce. It has a unique flavor and is very memorable.

Mrs. Mao's stinky tofu is quite delicious. It costs 10 yuan for 10 yuan, and the crispy ones cost 10 yuan for 8 yuan. It is located in a wooden house on the water. The location is very good. You can see the water when you open the window.

I walked around Xizha before I found this restaurant. I saw the recommendation online and felt that I had to try it to make the trip worthwhile. After entering, I found that they couldn’t take away, so I ordered a double combo, which tasted okay. This restaurant is by the water, and it’s nice to sit near the window and eat while enjoying the scenery.

Mrs. Mao's stinky tofu is located very close to Changyeguanlu. It is a wooden building next to the water. When you open the window, you can see the water and the ships coming and going. It costs 10 yuan per portion. The stinky tofu tastes very good.
