I ate this brand once in Beijing many years ago. Maybe the reason why it has been tepid is that the taste of its soup base is not very strong. The other ingredients are quite good and fresh.

A Sichuan hotpot restaurant that is very famous in South China and the Midwest. The number of chain stores it has opened even exceeds that of Haidilao. It is also much better than Xiaolongkan, and its service can keep up.

The main reason to come here is to eat the special hand-made fish balls. Although they are not big, each one tastes very fresh and delicious. One bite is just right. We often come here to eat
