众里寻它千百度，蓦然回首，那味却在宝藏县城处。万万没想到，心目中No.1的餐厅在旅游途中发生了改变。台州菜的精髓莫过于好食材的原汁原味，这里真真切切做到了，看似其他餐厅都有的海鲜却被它做到了尽善尽美，从一盘沙蒜豆面到一块豆腐鱼，再到一条鲳鱼，无不体现对食材的精挑细选和对口味的把控：豆腐鱼入口即化，外面的酥皮，薄如蝉翼，轻轻一抿，脆到了心里；沙蒜豆面里的沙蒜个头喜人，数量更是令人感动，绝对是我这个大吃货吃到过最多沙蒜的一次，还居然只是中份，口味就更不要说了，一个字鲜，食材本身的鲜得到了最好的体现；鲳鱼也是一绝，银亮亮的鳞，一瓣瓣的肉，最常见的家烧做法却做出来了其他餐厅吃不到的口感。
