The hand-rolled noodles are a must! 2️⃣ Changji Guagua 🐸 - Changji Guagua in Yusheng Lane is a must-try. They're also home to the incredibly popular Master Wu Guagua 🤩. Yusheng Lane is a local breakfast hotspot 🥣, offering a variety of specialties like lard soup, yellow steamed buns, apricot tea, and the ever-popular soy milk and fried dough sticks. You can't go wrong here for breakfast 😋! 3️⃣ Fatty Fish Hotpot 🐟 - I'm not usually a fish lover 🙅, but the fish here is absolutely delicious 😍! Freshly caught fish, affordable prices, and the fish fillets are incredibly flavorful! 4️⃣ Fangha Coffee ☕ - This Gansu specialty milk tea shop is the only one of its kind in Tianshui 🎉! The sweetened egg milk tea is their specialty. Made with oatmeal, the sweetened egg tastes similar to fermented glutinous rice, but the texture is quite different. 🧐 5️⃣ Fried meatballs 🍡 - Fried meatballs are used in everything from spicy hot pot to fried skewers. 🤤 They're fantastic eaten raw, crispy, and even after cooling, I regret not buying enough. 😭! They have a strong potato flavor and are a bit hard, so be careful not to prick your mouth. 😜 6️⃣ Dumplings 🥟 - I've always been curious about what dumplings are, so I found a shop to try them. 🤔 I can't say they're exactly like dumplings, but they do resemble them. The thick skin and light filling aren't quite to my taste. 🙃 7️⃣ Dwarf Pie 🥧 - There was a long line, but the food was delicious. 👍 And the price was reasonable. If you're nearby, you should definitely buy some. 😄 8️⃣ Fried Food 🍢 - Just find any stall at night. The seasoning here is incredibly spicy 🌶️. The fried meatballs are highly recommended! Also, since it was our first time eating fried skewers, they gave us the skewers. So thoughtful! 💗
