#Eat a seafood feast 

As a third-tier coastal city, the price of a seafood buffet with a per capita cost of nearly 300 yuan has been reduced to such a level, which is really speechless.

Except for abalone, which is obviously higher than the level of similar restaurants, the quality of other seafood is mediocre. If the crab is empty, it is a seasonal issue. Basically, all shellfish are a bit too much if you eat a mouthful of sand.
Apart from live seafood, there is nothing else to compare. It is no exaggeration to say that the fresh long-legged crab is the worst I have eaten in all these years. It is basically just the shell, and the meat is so dry that it is inedible. The black tiger and Argentine red shrimps that look very impressive are placed side by side, but the taste and freshness are not optimistic. The sea urchin dumplings are also of poor quality. Knowing that every restaurant uses quick-frozen products, can&#39;t you just use the same ones? It feels that the input-output ratio is low, so you don&#39;t have to serve them. It is understandable that there are not many varieties of sashimi. After all, similar restaurants are like this. The red color and hard texture of salmon should be the most clear about what fish is used.
