I came to Linxiangzhai from Tianjin to Taiyuan, Shanxi Province for the 5-point century-old restaurant. I went there for the sweet and sour crispy Yellow River carp, but I was a little disappointed. It was a big yellow croaker and the skin was not crispy but flat. I guess the chef was too busy. The frying temperature was not good.
