Tiantianli Restaurant

Tiantianli Food Court is a low-priced restaurant that is close to the people. It is loved and sought after by the neighbors because of its low price and good quality. Their dishes are indeed very large in portion, so those with a small appetite should not order too much.

Tiantianli Food Court is rated by gourmets as one of the three best braised pork rice restaurants in Taipei. The must-try dishes include half-boiled egg braised pork rice, oyster omelet, and radish cake. These three delicacies can be found on almost every table. The oysters are plump and large, the oyster omelet is tender and chewy, the braised pork rice has a rich and fragrant sauce that is not too salty, and the half-boiled eggs are juicey. These are all delicious dishes at a fraction of the price.

Tiantianli Food Court is located at Lane 32, Hanzhong Street, Wanhua District, Taipei City. I had my first meal here when I came to Taiwan. Everything was super cheap! I ordered oyster omelette, radish cake, and fried egg with braised pork rice. It was only 190 Taiwan dollars (41) in total. They were all delicious! Especially with the chili sauce in the store, it tasted even better! I was very satisfied with the egg, which was very runny. It was not greasy when paired with the braised pork with fat and lean meat. The light was too dim when I took the photo, so you can just bear with it. I hope you can also feel the egg haha~

This restaurant is well-known and easy to find, near Ximen. The snacks are not expensive. The portions are moderate, you can order a few more to try. A small bowl of "braised pork rice" tastes better than Du Xiaoyue. I can't get used to "radish cake" and don't like it. "Fish ball soup" has a little noodles, so-so. "Shacha squid soup" is OK, but the squid meat is a bit old. It's just suitable for trying. Beef noodles are still delicious in Taiwan.

The price of dining here is very cheap, and the food is served very quickly. People here all have work meals, and the milk here is quite delicious. This restaurant is at the end of the Ximen pedestrian zone, so sometimes you may not be able to visit here.
