It completely changed the bad impression that oyster omelet left on me. The pork kidneys in the sesame oil kidney soup are also handled very cleanly, and there is no fishy smell at all. After drizzling some sesame oil on them, the pork kidneys are tender and the soup is delicious. Because business is very good, queuing is inevitable. In order to speed up the flow of customers, the restaurant serves food very quickly, so we can't expect too much from the service. The oyster soup is very fresh and the portion is also very large. It seems to be 50 or 60 Taiwan dollars, which is quite affordable. It tastes good and is delicious.

Oyster Omelet King is the only one among the three oyster omelet shops in Ningxia Night Market that accepts Alipay, so it has attracted a lot of popularity. During the Chinese New Year, the Yuanhuan Bian Oyster Omelet next door was closed for several days, and the equally famous Lai Ji is located far away from the night market entrance, so there is a long queue for tickets to this restaurant. Generally speaking, the taste of this restaurant is lighter, which may be related to the sweet sauce used by each restaurant. Among the three, my favorite is the Yuanhuan Bian Oyster Omelet.
