1010 Hunan is also a chain restaurant. We went to the branch in Taipei Mitsukoshi Tianmu. The environment is really nice. The best dish is the spicy boiled fish, which is not spicy enough.

🏮I&#39;ve been dreaming of an authentic Taiwanese meal, which is one of the most important things I&#39;ve done in Taiwan. Unfortunately, Mingfu and Dasanyuan were fully booked early. Fortunately, my local friends recommended &quot;Xing Penglai&quot; in Tianmu, and I was able to book a lunch seat temporarily. This Taiwanese restaurant has been around for 60 years, so I have to try it.

⏳Xing Penglai: Founded in Tianmu in 1987, it has moved twice and is now in the hands of the second generation. It has been on the Michelin plate for several consecutive years. As a time-honored Taiwanese restaurant, it is a representative of Tianmu cuisine and is also loved by many celebrities.

🐣Boiled free-range chicken ($420): The signature boiled chicken in the store is very different from the boiled chicken I usually eat. The meat is plump and thick, tender and delicious.
