The braised food tastes pretty good. The braised dried tofu tastes very good, a little sweet, and the tofu tastes good too. The chicken feet taste good too, and the pig ears are very fresh.

Although the chicken feet filled with rich colloids at Shangheyuan in the Yizhong Business District look a little weird, they are slightly crispy, soy sauce-flavored, and soft, and have a wonderful layered texture that makes people suck their fingers and not stop savoring them. But in the end, the marinated, smoky and slightly ginger-flavored dried tofu and pig ears were our top two favorites.
