Duohe Pie (Hongmen Branch) is close to the entrance of Hongmen Mountain. I went to this store because I was going to climb Mount Tai and stayed near the entrance of Hongmen Mountain. This store also has a Chinese fast food restaurant called Duohe. Many people who came to this store ordered Chinese cold dishes and Duohe pie. I am from Guangzhou, so I like to eat, so I didn&#39;t order pie but rice. The environment of this restaurant is OK, it is relatively clean, and there are many people eating here, but the price feels a bit expensive. The taste of the dishes is average, but I don&#39;t know about the taste of the pie.

Their beef and tofu stew is slow-cooked in a traditional broth, leaving the beef tender and flavorful, while the tofu soaks up the broth and is incredibly fragrant. Paired with fried bread, it&#39;s a perfect match, and the portion is so large that two people can&#39;t finish it.

2️⃣ Wu&#39;s Private Tai&#39;an Cuisine (Taibo Street Branch)
Reason: A local favorite! Their signature pork knuckle is perfectly braised to perfection, and their cumin lamb chops are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the portion is generous. The waiters are friendly and attentive, so make sure to book in advance to avoid long lines.

Reason: A rare century-old Shandong cuisine restaurant in Tai&#39;an! The Nine-Turn Large Intestine is cleanly prepared and odorless, with a rich, sweet, sour, and savory flavor. The sweet and sour Yellow River Carp is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a perfectly sweet and sour sauce.
