One of the Top Local Restaurants in Suzhou

The Chinese restaurant at the Pushi Mansion where we stayed in Suzhou was just opposite our accommodation. It was also decorated in the style of the Republic of China, very spacious and grand, with a particularly good location, right by the canal. When you go out you&#39;ll reach the Shantang Street scenic area. Eating in such a Republic of China-style restaurant while looking at the surrounding Ming and Qing Dynasty buildings and ancient water bridges, I really felt like I had traveled back to the Republic of China. The boss has a special seat. He is responsible for introducing and cashing while making wontons. He also remembers which table each customer sits at. This is probably a skill that has been practiced for many years.
The bubble wontons are bulging and look a bit bubble-like. I didn&rsquo;t expect that there was soup to burn it when I bit it. It&rsquo;s a bit like a steamed bun. I don&rsquo;t know how it is made. It is confirmed that lard is added. It is very fragrant and tastes like childhood.
