Suichang, Lishui is a really good place. It not only has beautiful scenery, but also has many delicious foods. I had several farm meals, and each meal was unforgettable.
Almost every meal has fish, and different fish are cooked in different ways, including fried wild stream fish, braised grouper, and various fish soups.
Tonight, I tasted the fish head pot of the famous Lao Xiao Jiaotan Fish Head Restaurant on Jiaotan Fish Head Street.
The charcoal-cooked pot contains freshly cut fish heads and fish pieces, which are stewed over a slow fire and are original.
