The hidden gems of western Sichuan wouldn&#39;t be complete without Songpan! This time, I checked out a secluded hotel nestled within the ancient city &ndash; Songpan Mijin Hotel &amp; Restaurant &ndash; which completely shattered my expectations of highland accommodations 🏔️

✨Location &amp; Transportation: Located in the heart of Songpan Ancient City, just a 5-minute walk from the ancient city wall, it&#39;s perfect as a base for hiking trails! If you&#39;re driving, the hotel offers free parking. The 4-hour drive from Chengdu is scenic, and I recommend stopping in Maoxian for some Qiang-style pickled fish!

This restaurant is really worthy of its reputation. Today, my son and I ordered a small pot. The portion was so large that we couldn&#39;t finish it. It was full of steak, beef and various wild mushrooms. It was very delicious. The store owner was also very warm and thoughtful. He also gave us sea buckthorn juice. In the end, we packed up all the leftovers in the pot. Recommended!

A hot pot restaurant that is highly recommended. I also searched it on Ctrip.com. The taste is moderate. I saw it at first glance and tasted it. It must be the original bone soup without additives! We are a family of four. The boss recommended a medium pot of yak whole feast health beef pot. The food was very good. The child said he wanted to eat the meat here. After hearing this, the boss said he would give one, and the quantity was very sufficient. Thank you very much! I will definitely come here next time!
