A very tasteful restaurant. There are waiters at the door to greet you. The whole restaurant is decorated with a sense of antiquity. The dishes taste good. Coupled with the scenery of Shouxian Ancient City outside the window, the appetite is greatly increased. The location of the restaurant is near the west gate of Shouxian County.

The local old brands are really bad, and each place has its own feelings. As a foreigner, I don’t think these dishes that are popular among the locals are delicious, except for the freshly made tofu skin, which is okay, but the others are not delicious and very expensive.

In the first year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu (1875), Juhongyuan, the predecessor of Juhongsheng, the largest tavern in Shou County, opened. It was originally opened by a man surnamed Sun in Chengguan, with the purpose of receiving guests and providing food and lodging, similar to today's guesthouses. In the sixth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu (1880), it was transferred to the Sang Yucang family and renamed "Juhongsheng Tavern". It was further expanded and had many famous chefs, making it the most famous and largest tavern in Shouzhou. After liberation, Juhongsheng Tavern was once operated by Shou County Catering Service Company, and then rented and operated by private individuals for many times, and renamed Juhongsheng Hotel, but its ancient style and appearance have disappeared. During the heyday of Juhongsheng, the Dajiujia produced by it won the "Famous and Excellent Product Award" of the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China.
