水漫三楼This Yi-style restaurant also runs an inn. It is not far from the Stone Forest Scenic Area by car, with convenient transportation and a large yard for parking. The main dishes include steam-pot chicken, roast duck, mutton, native pork bacon, pea tips, buckwheat cakes, etc. The taste is also good and the price-performance ratio is high.

Very good, I chose to stay here for my free time to go to Shilin early. I didn't expect the environment to be so good with Yi characteristics and delicious restaurants, so I stayed here for another day. I didn't go anywhere, just took photos in Yi costumes in the hotel and enjoyed the food. Especially the hand-pulled lamb and fern root noodles, a must-order for a delicious meal!
Because it is close to Shilin, I chose to stay in this Yi-themed inn. I am very satisfied with it, mainly because my children like it. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. I personally think it is very cost-effective. At dinner, there will be handsome men and beautiful women singing Yi songs and toasts. Well, delicious dishes such as stir-fried pork, fried eggs with white ginseng, and mashed potatoes and Chinese cabbage. I think you should order with your eyes closed. Every dish is very delicious. I didn’t take pictures of the dishes, but took a few pictures of the children at the inn.
The attitude is bad, the food is served slowly, and the portions are small. I suggest you go there less often. It is the worst stop in Yunnan.
I stumbled upon an alien planet in Yunnan, where a forest of giant rocks creates a refreshing barrier in the 19-degree heat of midsummer, an epic sculptural exhibition crafted by Earth over billions of years! A bird's-eye view of the towering rocks and the clashing blades is awe-inspiring! Traversing a maze of stone formations feels like a comma between waves. Listening to the wind by Jianfeng Pond and gazing at the vast expanse from Wangfeng Pavilion, every step is a masterpiece meticulously crafted by nature. Departing from Chengdu, I landed in Kunming a mere 1.5 hours later. Upon entering the scenic area, I was warmly welcomed and given a free breakfast! "Today, we're having roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo) and apricot peel water, a special treat from the northwest." The Sani ethnic group's intangible cultural heritage, the "Da Sanxian" and "Kuai Sanbu," are rhythms of life growing from the cracks of the rocks, composing a love story about Ashima and Ahei. Experience the exquisite craftsmanship of Yi embroidery, collect five seals to create a DIY Yi-language commemorative album, complete levels in the "Wuwu Matrix," and enjoy limited-edition fun. Stay amidst a picturesque landscape of wondrous peaks at the affordable luxury Yinruilin Hotel, where the whispers of eons-old stone formations greet you from the window. In the secluded Xinglin Grand View Garden, wake up to the gentle awakening of a karst sea of stone. Experience the Yimi Water Village and savor Yi ethnic customs and specialties—every bite a taste of home. From the familiar bustle of Chengdu to the unfamiliar wonders and warmth of the Stone Forest, this is not only Ashima's hometown, but also my second home. #LocalEthnicCulture #MostAskedOnFacebook #YunnanTravel #YunnanTravelGuide @CtripCommunityCreationCenter #SummerResortsJune-August
