This time when I returned to Shenyang, I came here specifically to visit Baofa Garden. It is located at the intersection of Xiaoshizi Street and Dongzhong Street. The decoration style has the feel of the 1980s. It seems to be the second floor rather than the third floor. The store is quite big. Four unique dishes! Personally, I think they are a bit too oily, but the taste is quite good, and the portions are particularly large. It is said that in 1927, Marshal Zhang Xueliang visited her home many times. In 1980, the Shenyang Municipal Government officially named Baofayuan's braised kidney flowers, braised liver tips, fried meatballs and braised yellow cabbage as the "Four Unique Famous Dishes". The four unique dishes have won the title of "Famous and Excellent Flavor Food" in Shenyang for five consecutive years. It seems to have quite a history. Although they have a long history, this kind of store has a problem, that is, the service attitude is mediocre and they feel indifferent.

The liver tip tastes so good, very tasty, the liver is very tender, and there is no blood; the kidney is also delicious, the knife skills are also very good; the meatballs are also delicious, the skin is very thick but crispy; in comparison, I personally think that the egg custard is a little worse, but after eating so many meat dishes, it's also good to eat some fresh and tender egg custard; the beef is very crispy and delicious; the stir-fry is okay; the mushroom soup is just okay, there is no big highlight, but my favorite is still the four specialties, I will come again next time!
