Since we are here, of course we have to eat Anhui cuisine‼ ️||We had two Anhui cuisine meals in She County (stayed in a homestay in She County for one night) and Chengkan Scenic Area, and checked in at two Anhui cuisine restaurants. 📍 She County · Duanfanwan Cheap! Big bowl! Delicious! Three people ordered 6⃣️ dishes for a total of only 191! Too much, too much, really can't finish it! ✅ 18-second fried beef The combination of celery + coriander + beef is a perfect match. I almost want to eat the rice directly in the pot. ✅ Pickled vegetable stalks fried meat is really super super super delicious! It tastes like my favorite Hunan cuisine I originally wanted to eat their braised pork! It was so tempting to see the people at the next table eating it (stuffed in a freshly steamed bun)! But the portion was too big... Three people couldn't finish it, and couldn't pack it up, so we didn't order [Cry] in the end (we ordered a tofu puff and roasted pork, which was not delicious ❌, the meat had no taste, not much meat, and the tofu puff tasted a little bland) 📍 Chengkan Huanxiulou ✅ Salty Chicken This is the signature dish of the restaurant, I don't know why it is called this name. It's just a young chicken? (It's not big anyway), there is a pig's trotter under the chicken, yes, only one piece... I feel that the price-performance ratio is not very high... But the taste is really good, the chicken is stewed very well, and it falls off the bone with a sip, and I use the soup to mix several bowls of rice to eat [Sweat] ✅ Braised mixed fish + Huanxiu stir-fried food Three people ordered 3⃣️ dishes for 279. The price of food in the scenic area is not bad. The boss lady is very nice (their freshly picked and cooked corn is very sweet and delicious!) I had eaten stinky mandarin fish when I first went to Huangshan. In addition, my classmates work in Anhui, so no one has any obsession with stinky mandarin fish, so I didn’t order it this time [Facepalm]b I originally wanted to order braised hairy tofu, but when we were eating in Chengkan, the boss lady said that the hairy tofu today was not very fresh and asked us not to order it (although I had eaten it when I first came to Huangshan, but after five years, I have completely forgotten what it tasted like hahahahaha I hope I can eat it again next time I come 😁😁) I really like Anhui with light rain, and I like Huangshan with light rain (but I don’t like the thunderstorm that delayed my climb to the top of Lotus Peak [Facepalm] Huangshan, Anhui, see you next time!
