While strolling through Huizhou Ancient City, I spotted Wang Yitiao Wonton. The sign reminded me of something I&#39;d seen in a book or magazine. So, even though it wasn&#39;t lunchtime, we couldn&#39;t resist trying it.

The shop occupies an entire Huizhou-style building and is quite large. The interior is also decorated in a Chinese style, reminiscent of the Republican era style seen in TV dramas. Looking at the shop&#39;s description on the wall, I discovered it&#39;s a long-established shop. It&#39;s been in business since the Qing Dynasty, and the original founder made his fortune selling wontons in the alleys by carrying them on a shoulder pole.

We bought a portion of wontons to share. The wrappers were paper-thin, and the size of the wontons was somewhere between large and small. The wontons were generously filled with meat, and the broth was even richer, with oil residue, seaweed, peanuts, and more. It was truly delicious.

在徽州古城内游玩，一眼看到了这家汪一挑馄饨看这招牌有点印象，好像在哪本书或是杂志上看到过所以虽然不是饭点，我们也忍不住进去尝尝店占据了一整座徽式建筑，店面很大里面的装修也是中式的，有点像电视剧里民国风看了墙上店的介绍，原来这家店还是老字号呢从清朝就开始经营，最初的创始人就是靠扁担挑着馄饨在小巷子里叫卖做起来的我们俩买了一份馄饨分吃馄饨的皮像纸一样薄，馄饨大小介于大馄饨和小馄饨之间馄饨肉馅不少，汤料更是丰富，里面有油渣、紫菜、花生等味道真的是不错#当地才能吃到的美食 #家乡小吃我来pick #真香小吃大集合 #尝一尝地道老字号 #当地特色小吃

I was so lucky to be driven away by the so-called Internet celebrity restaurant Longfeng Hui Cuisine Restaurant (I wrote a bad review for it, and it seems it failed the review), and then I found this restaurant with a better environment and better taste, especially the stinky mandarin fish, braised spare ribs, fresh bamboo shoots and bacon, which are all very authentic. The homemade bayberry wine is not bad, too.

This is a shop that claims to have been open for 30 years. Now the original owner has started a snack business in the old city, and the one who really accepted his business is his daughter-in-law. During a tour of Anhui, we visited Huangshan City with a group, and one of our meals was arranged here. This restaurant is located on the banks of the Lianjiang River. The entire building is a hotel, with guest rooms downstairs and the restaurant on the top floor. The hotel restaurant has a beautiful view, and our private room faced the Lianjiang River. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, and the flavors were quite good. This group meal was the best we had on the entire trip. It was well-organized, with cold dishes, main courses, desserts, and fruit. Aside from the shrimp, which were not fresh, everything else was fine.
