"Sijia Rice Cake Stewed White Stripes" Organic large white stripes from Jianhu Lake, this one weighs 12 pounds! The name of the dish "Steamed Night Flowering Galatou" is interesting, Galatou is a local pickled vegetable in Shaoxing. In fact, it also uses gourd and local river shrimp. I ordered some dishes that were highly recommended by online reviews. The sauced duck was salty, but the taste was good. Almost every table ordered the yellow croaker roll with bean curd skin. It was just fried, crispy and fragrant, and it also kept the freshness of the yellow croaker meat. It was very good, but there was a lot of oil when you took a bite. The tomato salad sauce should be used to relieve greasiness, but it tasted too heavy after being dipped, and it lacked the freshness and deliciousness of the yellow croaker. It would be better if there were ingredients that could both adjust the freshness and relieve greasiness. The pork with preserved vegetables is really good. Although there is not much pork belly, only a few thin slices, the meat is very good and it is a dish that goes well with rice. To relieve the greasy feeling, I also ordered salted pork and winter melon soup, which is suitable for summer. Although it is not highly recommended by online reviews, it is surprisingly delicious. The key is that the salted pork here is particularly good, and it also has the aroma of sausage. I drank an extra bowl. The red bean cake is also delicious. The beans are crispy and sticky. The sweet dessert is very good. If there are many people here, you can choose a private room. The menu in the private room is more abundant. Unfortunately, there were not many people this time, so I couldn’t eat the dishes in the private room.
