Lanting Anlu newly opened Chinese restaurant, specializing in Cantonese cuisine, still in the ancient architectural style, two rooms and six tables on one floor, plus fewer guests, the dining environment is quiet and comfortable, the hot towels continue the hotel's usual hawthorn smell, another impression
Lychee shrimp balls should be considered a feature, hot red balls, a fresh smell of shrimp meat in the bouncy, fish soup, mellow, light onion fragrance
Cold sugar tomatoes 🍅 appetizer, pickled radish is also crispy and refreshing
The service is just right, without breaking the rare tranquility, a pastoral dining experience

The food is nice. The service can be better.
It feels pretty good, haha, but the food is a bit expensive...
The autumn breeze caresses the dark tiles of Shaoxing, and during National Day, I found a poetic retreat. —The Lanting Pushen Hotel, Shaoxing, at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain. A stream flows past a Chinese-style house, and a clear pond reflects the white walls and black tiles. Ancient Hui-style buildings are hidden amidst lush greenery, like a secret realm plucked from an ink painting. An entire complex of old Hui-style buildings lies hidden here. The clear waters of Longtan Lake reflect the dark tiles, and the landscape becomes a painting. The free-range white geese in front of the pavilion quack and wander freely without fear. The General's Mansion, with its carved beams and painted rafters, harbours stories of time. A blend of cultural and visual beauty is at its peak. The rooms are elegant and spacious, with warm wooden furnishings. The sofa by the window is surrounded by greenery. The door opens to a terrace with mountain views. Double sinks with Diptyque toiletries. The first mini bar is full of surprises. For those with pets, a pet room is a must! 🐈🦮 Strollers, cribs, and a gift pack of delicious and fun pets. The furry friends are even happier than us! The dining experience is truly a feast for the taste buds! 🍴Shenlu Chinese Restaurant is located in an ancient house. The elegant setting and delicious dishes are perfect for my taste buds! 🌞Breakfast is a true treasure! The freshly pulled beef noodles are chewy and flavorful, and the croissants and pastries are delicious. The smoked salmon, honeydew ham, and steamed dumplings are exquisite. There are also fried dough sticks, glutinous rice cakes, black bean sauce chicken feet, and steamed spare ribs. The signature "Shen" (Shen) printed cakes and Shaoxing rice wine popsicles are available. You can savor the Jiangnan flavors of Shaoxing in one bite! The outdoor pool, connected to the ancient building, is simply stunning. 🏊 The large lawn is perfect for petting the animals in the adorable pet paradise. You can also hike nearby at Yangming Cave Heaven—it's so relaxing you won't want to leave! Here, mountains, rivers, ancient architecture, and the vibrant atmosphere of everyday life blend together. This is the Jiangnan of my dreams! ❤️ 🏨Hotel: Shaoxing Lanting Pushen Hotel 📍Address: 27 Yangming Road, Yuecheng District Shaoxing Hotel Exploration | Influencer Check-ins | Shaoxing Food, Drinks, and Fun | My Travel Diary | Weekend Spots #ShaoxingTravel #ShaoxingHotels #TheseHotelsHaveAmazingViews #High-EndHotelsYou'll UnderstandOnlyAfterSleepingIn
I spent National Day holiday at the Lanting Pushen Hotel in Shaoxing. The hotel's Chinese restaurant, Lanting Pushen Shenlu, was truly stunning! The restaurant's ambiance alone is truly captivating. The standalone building exudes an antique Jiangnan charm, with wooden windows and green tiles exuding elegance. 🏠 Just upon arriving, a clingy kitten rubbed against my leg, instantly bringing the vacation experience to its fullest. The service was incredibly attentive, with waiters promptly refilling tea and changing bone dishes. I didn't have to worry about anything, just enjoy my meal. I have to praise the dishes; each one was exquisitely crafted and incredibly delicious: 🫘Fennel Bean Snacks: Authentic Shaoxing flavor, with a salty, fragrant, and chewy braised flavor, perfect for both appetizers and alcoholic beverages. 🐟Braised Fish and River Prawns: Delicious! The fish is tender and flavorful, the river shrimp is chewy and flavorful, and the sauce alone makes for an extra bowl of rice. 🍲 Egg Dumplings and Fish Balls: The egg dumplings are golden and tender, the fish balls are springy and smooth, and the soup warms your stomach, leaving you feeling incredibly happy. 🌟 Shredded Pork with Dried Tofu and Chives: Refreshing and non-greasy, the savory leeks combined with the fragrant dried tofu make it a delicious dish. 🥬 Salted Pork and Cabbage: Simple yet delicious! The rich aroma of the salted pork permeates the cabbage, creating a refreshing and refreshing meal. A comfortable stay and an even more satisfying meal! Lanting Pushen Shenlu made my National Day trip to Shaoxing truly blissful! 🏛️Restaurant Name: Lanting Pushen Shenlu 📍Address: 27 Yangming Road Shanghai Restaurant Exploration | Influencer Check-Ins | Shanghai Cuisine | Food, Drinks, and Fun | My Food Diary | Weekend Spotlight #RomanticDateRestaurant #ShaoxingFood #HotelRestaurants #HotelFood #NationalDayTravelDiary
