The goose feet are boneless. I really like the goose intestines mixed with shredded green onions. The goose intestines are very thick and large, and they are cooked for just the right amount of time. They are very crispy and the sauce tastes great too.

I went to Shantou on a business trip and chose to stay at the newly opened Marriott Hotel. Breakfast was served in the western restaurant in the lobby. The entrance to the restaurant was on the left hand side of the elevator, so it was easy to find. The restaurant is quite large, with a rectangular layout. The food variety is quite rich, and it is placed all the way, and is also divided into different areas. There are hot food, cold dishes, western food, western-style buns, etc. There are also many Chaoshan-style foods, which you can try.
