喜鼎(泸定路店)

It was a nice weekend trip. A pleasant weekend vacation started with a delicious meal. The meeting place was here, so I chose Xiding. Xiding was familiar. I had eaten their sea urchin dumplings in Dalian before. I didn’t expect that they are now available in Shanghai. And it’s an upgraded version. They serve full meals. This store on Luding Road has a good environment and is more business-like. The waiters are also polite. It can be seen that the pre-job training is very good. I thought it was an ordinary dumpling restaurant~ But I ate such delicious dumplings here that I have never eaten in my life. I can't imagine that Haidan dumplings can be so delicious! The delicious tea is also paired with the meal, which makes the dishes more authentic! It's a pity that the location is a bit far from the city center~ It took 2 hours to drive from Pudong to get there after get off work! It's really not easy to have a good meal!

They were surprisingly delicious. Original sea urchin dumplings 22 yuan/person, minced meat sea cucumber dumplings 108 yuan, wonderful shrimp balls 88 yuan, sauce chicken feet 58 yuan, fried egg crab small portion 118 yuan, golden walnut crisps 48 yuan, spinach fried seaweed 48 yuan. The service was also very good. While waiting for the table, a small bottle of warm mineral water was served to each person, which was very heartwarming and worth trying.

Xi Ding is a restaurant serving Dalian cuisine in Shanghai, located in Shanghai's Putuo District. The environment here is quite good and parking is free. The area is not very large. The first floor is the front desk, and the back is the dumpling making area where you can watch the chef making dumplings. The second floor is the dining area. Except for the private rooms, the hall is not very large and there are not many tables. The dishes in this restaurant are quite exquisite, with above average taste and a relatively high per capita price. The sea urchin dumplings are highly recommended, and I think the caramel tofu pudding is also delicious.
