Stayed at EDTION for four nights. Except for the first day when we checked in late and couldn't go, we had dinner at Xianhai Restaurant for the other three days. We were received by two gentle and kind young men and women on all three nights. They were attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole process, and they got along well with the children. The children liked them very much. I believe that they clamored to go to Xianhai Chinese Restaurant every day. In addition to the great dishes, it must be inseparable from the super star service of the young men and women. Thumbs up for the two young people! (I forgot to ask what they were called 😅) Recommended honey barbecued pork, Wenchang chicken, revolutionary dishes, four-cornered beans, braised rice noodles, beef brisket, pumpkin ribs, conch fish maw soup, etc. Honey barbecued pork is particularly popular and can be booked in advance. We ate one on the first day, booked and ate two on the second day, booked two on the third day, and finally ate three. Wenchang chicken is also not boring. The service was pretty good. I wanted to try the first few must-order dishes. The crab meat dumplings were full of broth and quite fresh. He took away two of the three. The mango sago was very generous with the ingredients, as we have no shortage of these in the tropics. It was thick and smooth. The fried crab in the typhoon shelter was worth recommending. The crab meat was sweet and tender. You need to be very patient to chew it with the breadcrumbs. It was quite fragrant. The shell was not very hard, so it was easy to eat. The stir-fried pork neck with tea tree mushrooms was not well made. It was only salty but not fragrant, and the pork neck was cut into too large strips and not flavorful. I came to Sanya with my children and stayed at the EDITION Hotel. On the first day I arrived, I chose to eat in the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. It tasted great. You must order the boiled fish. The fish meat is very tender, and there is tofu inside. It’s so good. The most important thing to enjoy eating is to drink its soup... this dish is amazing. Full marks

The outdoor environment is very good. The weather at the end of March is neither too hot nor too cold and very comfortable. The dishes are also delicious. The waiters are proactive and enthusiastic and help take photos. The overall feeling is very good. I will recommend friends to dine here.
