It has been 10 years since I started eating at the first Haidilao restaurant in Beijing. The service quality has been improving over the years. The service is always great no matter which restaurant it is. I always order tomato pot soup, kidney, beef, yellow throat, duck blood, and crab sticks. I really recommend them. They are super delicious. Haidilao not only has good service, but also very fresh ingredients, good pot base, and authentic self-service dipping sauce. I really recommend it.
