The clean and delicious barbecue is better with less fat, and the grilled lamb chops and lamb neck are especially good.
This is our first day in Xinjiang. We drove for seven hours from Mangya, Qinghai to Ruoqiang, Xinjiang. We chose a restaurant near the Loulan Museum🍴. We originally wanted to eat at the restaurant "Alibaba Nankeng Meat". But we found out that "Palace Food" is actually the second branch of Alibaba Nankeng Meat. 🐑Mutton skewers/Nankeng Meat (8/12) Lamb skewers are almost all lamb. Nankeng meat is relatively tender and the fat is more fragrant. 🐑Fried pork noodles (30) When we came to Xinjiang, we started eating large portions. One serving of fried pork noodles was a bit too much for two people. The plain noodles were served with a bowl of lamb slices fried with red and green peppers and black fungus. The noodles were quite chewy when you mix them yourself. 🐑You can also go to the dried fruit store and fruit and vegetable store next to dinner and take a walk~ It's only a street away from the Loulan Museum!
