For my first dinner in Rongjiang, I wanted to try the beef belly hotpot. I searched for this nearby restaurant and found that it had good reviews, so I came to try it.
I have never tried beef belly hotpot before, so I might have psychological barriers when trying it for the first time.
It really tastes very good. Beef and cowhide are added to the pot. People with bad teeth may find it difficult to chew. I drank it with wine and it tasted good.
The waiter told me that beef belly soup is delicious when soaked with rice. I tried it and it was really delicious.
