As soon as I took the first bite, I felt that I had come to the right place!! All the seafood was thrown into the steamer alive, ensuring that it was the freshest. The steam seafood pot I ordered had every oyster very plump!! 📍Hai Lang Japanese and Korean Restaurant (good news for babies who like Japanese food) It is more than 1 kilometer away from Weihai Station. I didn’t make a guide when I went there. I went directly into the store. Don’t eat too much sashimi platter!!
The fried skewers I ate as a child tasted even better now than they did back then 😋. On an old street in Sanshui, the grandpa selling fried skewers sets up his stall irregularly in the afternoons. He doesn't have a huge variety, but everything is delicious. Grandpa says he uses only clear oil for frying, which gives them their golden-brown color. Fried tofu: Definitely crispy, drizzled with his secret sauce. Fried lotus root: It has to be fried until crispy to be delicious. Potato cakes: Super crispy, not the thick kind. Small potatoes: Fried to a golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Every skewer is so delicious!
