HAO ZAO TOU

I came to Quzhou during the May Day holiday and ate at this restaurant. I couldn't forget it. This time I came with my friends and brought them to taste it. This is not the real Quzhou spicy, delicious, and the vegetables are particularly refreshing, very good!

Hao Zaotou Confucian Culture Restaurant (Shuitingmen Store) is located at the southeast corner of Shuitingmen in Shuitingmen Historical Block, Kecheng District, Quzhou City. The storefront is not big, but the area inside is not small. The dishes are very rich and the taste is also good.

This is a restaurant with a long queue in Shuiting Street. We came early at mealtime, but still had to queue for more than half an hour and were arranged to sit outdoors. This is a protected building. The outdoor area feels like the former courtyard, but now it is fully open to the street, which feels a bit like cooling off in the summer, but it is still a little hot. We ordered the local specialty, braised duck head, which is very tasty but a bit spicy. The sauce duck in the store feels like a lean pressed duck, and there is no fat under the skin. The sauce is very good, salty and fragrant [strong] The characteristic snail stuffed meat is cooked first, there is nothing wrong with it, but it feels too spicy, and then it is decorated with two duck feet. It should be more delicious if you put more of them together. Worried about getting angry, I ordered a dry pot lily, which is slightly sweet and tastes good. There is a full layer of onions underneath to stir-fry, but it is a bit oily and I dare not eat it. The native chicken mushroom soup is still very delicious. It really feels hot, so I ordered a mint crystal powder from another popular restaurant, which is really good to eat with it [strong]

In the most famous old place in Quzhou, Shuitingmen. I personally think it is a must-go place in Quzhou. Take a walk, visit the local night view, and eat the local food. It is really a happy feeling.

The dining environment feels very good, it is large and simple, and the service is also good. Two people ordered three dishes and almost didn't finish them. The ribs are very tasty, and the fish head tastes good, but there are too many bones. The price is right and the cost performance is very high
