TonzaA restaurant worthy of praise, very delicious. I ordered four dishes, fried green tomatoes with bacon, fried snail meat with shredded pumpkin, pickled vegetables and potato slices, and three paws (pork feet, duck feet, chicken feet), all delicious. The food is served quickly, the service is good, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. It has given face to the people of Quzhou. Sure enough, it is the holy land of Nan Kong, and Quzhou is polite.

I think the fish fillet is delicious because the fish meat is more tender than steak and chicken steak. After heating it on the iron plate, there is no fishy smell at all. I can only taste the tenderness of the fish meat, and the taste is just right. I don't need to add any extra seasoning. Next is the steak. It may be similar to what we eat in other restaurants. I just feel that the steak is not very tough and is easier to chew.
The taste is OK, Quzhou specialty, located in the city center
Very good, cheap and tastes good.
In the early morning, the stone-paved streets of Shuitingmen Old Street are still damp. Climbing the ancient city wall, the Qujiang River stretches out like a emerald ribbon, creating a peculiar dialogue between the modern buildings on the opposite bank and the old houses below. Walking to Beimen Street, the Confucius Temple of the Southern Branch is worth a visit. Between the red walls and black tiles, the refined elegance of Confucianism, passed down through seventy-five generations, flows quietly. The miniature copy of the Analects included with the ticket becomes a special souvenir of the trip. Lunch should not be missed at "Gupu Liangshi". Authentic Quzhou flavors—Qing Dynasty wontons with paper-thin wrappers, braised duck heads and feet, and a crispy sesame seed cake, the savory aroma bursting in your mouth. If you like spicy food, the "Three Heads and One Feet" (rabbit head, duck head, fish head, and duck feet) will surely leave you wanting more. In the afternoon, explore Fangmen Street, where old shops hold memories of generations. If time permits, drive to Jianglang Mountain, where the magnificent Danxia landform is breathtaking. One-day Itinerary: Shuitingmen → Beimen Street → Confucius Temple → Gupu Liangshi (Lunch) → Fangmen Street → Jianglang Mountain (Optional) Quzhou, this small city, possesses both the gentle charm of Jiangnan and a unique, fiery spirit. The natural landscape and delicious food blend perfectly here, leaving a lasting impression.
