The meat is very good and relatively fresh, and the ingredients used are real. The beef and pork belly are both delicious. I also like to order the green and red pepper platter. The red pepper is sweet and fragrant when roasted, and the taste is very good. However, the marinade and dipping sauces of both restaurants are different. Huoyan Mountain is soy sauce, millet and chili dipping sauce + dry dipping sauce, and the big bamboo skewers are fermented bean curd dipping sauce + dry dipping sauce. Both are good.
