The leader of Hainan invited me to dinner. Since I am from Singapore, I specially booked a private room "Singapore". The private rooms here are named after different countries. I ordered a table of dishes. It was my first time here. I thought the dishes were very unique and delicious. I especially liked the fish belly tip, which was QQ, crispy and chewy, and the very special salad beef. The specially ordered sweet sea duck soup and white-cut capon (the dipping sauce was great) were both very good. In fact, all the dishes ordered that day were delicious and I was very full. I will bring my family to eat next time [happy]
